Chakras: Woven Energies
Chakras: Woven Energies is a collection of seven dresses, each one embodying one of the chakras; the energy centres that are located in the human body according to the Hindu tradition. Artesanal textiles, contemporary fabrics and found objects are combined to create and present these pieces. This work appeals to a reflection about fundamental concepts that go from the concept of feminine to the action of recovering the creative energy, which is an enriched and critical element that gives us strength.
